Who we help

Search and AI visibility for MSPs and managed IT firms.

Companies looking for managed IT rarely search for “MSP”. They search for the problem in front of them, and an AI assistant answers with a short list of providers. Kryston helps your firm be one of the names on it.

In short

Managed service providers are found through situation-specific searches (an outgrown IT setup, a new office, a migration, a compliance question), through directories and lists, and increasingly through AI recommendations. The work makes each service, industry and situation you really serve a distinct, verifiable page, and keeps your identity consistent across the directories and profiles AI answers rely on.

Managed IT, helpdesk and workplace services

Managed IT for small and mid-size businesses

What starts their buyers looking

The one IT person leaves or is overwhelmed, a growth step such as a new office, an outage or lost data, a customer or insurer asking about controls, or a platform change such as a Microsoft 365 migration.

The search challenge

Broad terms such as “IT support” are shared by consumers, job seekers and buyers, and results are crowded with directories, lists and national providers. Buyers who are ready to choose add a size, an industry, a place or an event.

What changes in the work

  • One page per core service and per situation you really serve
  • A plain explanation of the commercial model: what is included, what counts as a project, contract length and exit
  • Named engineers and response expectations a buyer can verify

Co-managed IT, overflow and after-hours support

Co-managed IT providers

What starts their buyers looking

An internal IT team that is overloaded, key-person risk, a project backlog, or a need for after-hours coverage without replacing the team.

The search challenge

Most MSP sites speak only to companies with no IT staff. Buyers with an internal team search for “co-managed IT”, “IT overflow” or “after-hours support” and often find nobody speaking to them.

What changes in the work

  • A dedicated co-managed page that explains who does what and how escalation works
  • Language that respects the internal team instead of implying replacement
  • Comparison content: managed, co-managed and in-house

Industry-specialist managed IT providers

MSPs focused on one industry

What starts their buyers looking

A sector regulation or customer requirement, line-of-business software the generalist providers do not know, or a recommendation from a sector peer.

The search challenge

An industry page that only swaps the sector name looks thin. Industry buyers search by their software, their regulation and their typical environment.

What changes in the work

  • Industry pages built on the sector’s systems, duties and typical environment
  • Anonymized evidence from comparable clients
  • Clear statements about which compliance duties the provider supports and which stay with the client

Questions buyers put to AI

Kryston tracks a fixed set of decision-stage prompts like these across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, adapted to your services, markets and buyers:

  • Which managed IT providers specialize in [industry] in [city]?
  • What does managed IT cost per user?
  • Should we outsource IT or hire an IT manager?
  • What is co-managed IT?
  • Who can migrate our company to Microsoft 365?
01 Questions

Common questions

Why do directories and lists outrank MSP websites?

Directories and lists aggregate many providers and match broad queries. A firm’s own pages win when they answer a specific service, industry or situation in more detail than a list can.

Does a local MSP need a page for every town it serves?

Only for areas it genuinely serves, with substantive content. Pages that only swap a place name do not help and can dilute the site.

Should an MSP publish its prices?

A number is not required, but explaining the pricing model and what drives it answers a question buyers and AI assistants ask often. Kryston does not recommend publishing figures you cannot stand behind.

The right starting point depends on your services, your markets and how buyers find you today.

  • Where competitors are named and you are not
  • A prioritized plan and a walkthrough call
